Steel Warriors gym

The park recently welcomed an outdoor gym, built by anti-knife crime charity Steel Warriors and funded by the Co-op. The gym is designed for calisthenics, or exercise using your own body weight.

The gym is free to use at all times, and Steel Warriors also offer free classes for all abilities. Find out class times and watch training videos on the Steel Warriors website.

TLCC Trapeze School

Each summer the park hosts the TLCC Trapeze School, offering paid flying trapeze lessons for all abilities on a full size aerial rig. Find out more on the TLCC website.
