Objection to Loughborough Junction towers

A planning application was recently submitted for two residential towers – one 29 storeys and the other 20 storeys – on a site in Loughborough Junction. There has been opposition from a number of local groups including the Loughborough Junction Action Group and Herne Hill Society.

The deadline for comments was 25th February and after careful consideration, the Friends of Ruskin Park committee submitted an objection to the application based on the major impact the development would have on the setting of Ruskin Park as a heritage landscape.
