Feedback from FoRP’s Annual General Meeting

Our AGM was held on Tuesday 11th January and again we ‘met’ through Zoom, though we were very pleased with the turnout. Nearly 60 attendees, perhaps the most ever! Thank you to all those who attended and contributed your views.

The annual report and accounts were discussed and adopted, and new trustees, Deepak Sardiwal, Jared Cotton (treasurer), and Michelle Warbis were approved and welcomed.

Officers from Lambeth Council gave information about the very promising programme of capital improvement works for the park. It is guided by the earlier Ruskin Park strategic masterplan and has earmarked funding of £950,000. The programme is starting up soon and you can find more details here as well as the slides from Lambeth Council’s presentation (PDF). We will update this information as the programme progresses.
