Free exercise classes in the park

Calisthenics training

We’re delighted that Steel Warriors are back in the park with free calisthenics training sessions.

Join trainer Ming at 6pm on Mondays for Reps and Freestyle, 6pm on Wednesdays for Conditioning and 2pm on Saturdays for Skills.

Bootcamp workouts

Our Parks are offering free 60-minute ‘Bootcamp’ style, interval-based cardio workouts in Ruskin Park, funded by Fields in Trust.

To take part you need to register and book onto the class on the Our Parks website here.

No equipment is provided so please bring your own mat, water and hand wipes. If you are feeling unwell, it is important that you do not attend this session.
