Help us raise £5,000 to keep the paddling pool open

We all know how much the paddling pool in Ruskin Park is loved by families in Camberwell, Herne Hill and Loughborough Junction.

When the pool was threatened with closure in 2016, local people stepped in. Since then it has been kept open by a committed group of volunteers, supported by generous donations from the community, and support from local estate agents Urban Village.

We need your help again. There is a gap in funding and we are launching a new crowdfunding campaign to raise £5,000. If successful we aim to run the pool from May to September in both 2018 and 2019, and work towards a long term plan to keep it open.

How you can support Ruskin Park Paddling Pool

1. Show your support by coming along for our campaign photo next the paddling pool and new mural, at 11am next Sunday (25th March). RSVP on Facebook.
2. Sign up to be a volunteer here if you can help us with the campaign, or tasks such as painting and regular cleaning of the pool.
3. Join the Save Ruskin Park Paddling Pool group on Facebook here to keep up to date with the campaign and volunteer efforts.
4. Join the Friends of Ruskin Park. Show your support by becoming a member for free. You’ll receive our email newsletters be able to attend and vote at our Annual General Meeting. Just complete this simple form.
