Ruskin Park wins Gold at London in Bloom awards

We are delighted that Ruskin Park has won a Gold award in the Large Park category at the 2022 London in Bloom awards. This follows winning Silver in 2020 and Silver Gilt in 2021. Separately, Ruskin Park recently retained its Green Flag award.

The award recognises the efforts of our litter-picking and gardening volunteers as well as improvements in Lambeth Council’s maintenance of the park since the arrival of full-time senior park attendant Tim Daniels in early 2020.

The London in Bloom judge received a tour of the park including the Wildlife Garden, Labyrinth Garden, Community Garden and projects such as the restoration of the Mendelssohn sundial and the Ruskin tree walk.
