Croydon Brass was originally formed as the Croydon Temperance Silver Band in 1911. Since that time, the band has had a number of name changes but has remained true to its original aim, which is to have fun playing a wide range of music from traditional marches to film scores, jazz pieces and more modern covers. They currently rehearse on Monday evenings in Penge – just outside the borough of Croydon! Find out more information about the band.
