The South East London Folk Orchestra was founded in 2012 and consists of local folk enthusiasts who meet together once a week in Forest Hill to play and sing tunes from a variety of folk traditions. They perform regularly at local community events and especially enjoy encouraging their audience to sing along and to dance.
