This summer, SE5 Forum is inviting all the community to our Feel Good Festival 2024 health and wellbeing event in Ruskin Park.
- Improve your mental and physical wellbeing with free taster sessions – yoga, tai chi and exercise to music, arts, craft and drumming workshops
- Enjoy the benefits of nature with community gardening and tree walks.
- Listen to live music in the beautiful, uplifting setting of the park.
- Stay well with mini-health checks and advice from Lambeth Together’s Health & Wellbeing Bus and Age UK Lambeth.
- Bring along a picnic and also enjoy a delicious, healthy snack prepared by Healthy Living Platform who’ll give you the recipe!
All free for all the community.
