Gardening | Labyrinth Garden

Join the Friends of Ruskin Park for one of our regular Saturday morning gardening sessions in the Labyrinth Garden. This beautiful garden was created on the site of Ruskin Park’s former bowling green. The beds feature a mix of evergreen and herbaceous perennial plants, yew shrubs, spring-flowering bulbs, and ornamental grasses. This session is led by Stephen and Bill from Urban Canopy.

For our last session before our winter break, we’ll finish planting the remaining bulbs, and have our traditional Christmas tea break.

You do not need to book, and you’re welcome to stay for all or part of the morning. We meet in the Labyrinth Garden from 10:00am to 1:00pm (map).

We’ll provide all the tools – but feel free to bring your own pair of gardening gloves if you prefer.
